Excellent replacement for plastic toxic pantyliners. These are excellent. They don't slip and they are so comfortable against your skin. Fasten around your panties with a simple pop button. 
 
Wash before use. Fold wings around panty and snap, seams facing upwards. Consists of 3 layers absorbing organic cotton and one layer of leakproof PUL.
